Leaving Wendell this morning was worse than normal. He cried and chased me everywhere trying to get into my lap everytime i bent down to pick something up. And when he did i could feel his little panicked heart start to slow back to a regular pace. He was looking at me like he was terrified to be left alone, and i wanted to cry. I cant wait until Tom gets back tomorrow so he’ll have a friend to hangout with.

My landlords have cats and all they do is make me love dogs even more.
